We’re Hiring: Marketing & Sales / Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company driving sales growth, building trusted client partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that truly make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and solutions that align with client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful service delivery.

  • Organize impactful client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

  • Understand client challenges and deliver customized, value-driven solutions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Full-time, permanent position.

  • To be based at Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor.

  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.

What We Offer

  • Basic Salary:  MYR 3,000 – MYR5,000 (based on experience) + commission incentives.
