Job Descriptions:

• Operational Oversight: Assist the manager in daily operations, ensuring the smooth movement and delivery of hydraulic excavators across Malaysia.
• Sales & Business Development: Identify new sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the construction and mining sectors.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and operational reports; ensure all documentation complies with heavy machinery import/export and local distribution standards.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between internal technical teams and external clients to ensure customer satisfaction and project timelines are met.
• Project Monitoring: Oversee the lifecycle of sales projects—from initial inquiry to after-sales service—ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Risk Management: Identify potential operational bottlenecks or sales challenges and propose proactive solutions to the manager.
• Process Improvement: Continuously suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in the supply chain and sales funnel.

-Relevant corporate finance experience at least 5 years of experience (Salary negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

• Procurement & Shipment Coordination: Manage and coordinate all international procurement and import shipments to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and optimal inventory levels.
• Customs & Documentation Management: Oversee end-to-end import/export processes, ensuring all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Form E/D, etc.) are accurate for smooth customs clearance.
• Regulatory Liaison: Liaise directly with Customs authorities (KASTAM), MIDA, and other government bodies regarding Duty Exemptions (CJ5/CJ5A), tariff classifications (HS Codes), and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with forwarding agents, overseas vendors, and internal warehouse teams to monitor cargo movement and resolve any clearance bottlenecks.
• Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze procurement and logistics-related costs (freight rates, surcharges, duties); prepare monthly reports on forwarding and logistics expenses for management.
• Process Optimization: Support the Head of Department in identifying cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain and optimizing the logistics workflow to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

-Minimum 3–5 years of real experience in commercial vehicles (vans, trucks, school buses, heavy vehicles).

-Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical systems for troubleshooting guidance.

-Able to manage high-stress breakdown situations, especially involving school buses, fleets, and corporate vehicles.

-Experience managing towing, roadside assistance, or breakdown coordination is a major advantage.

-Strong communication skills for handling dealers, fleets, workshops, and internal teams.

-Able to multi-task, prioritise urgent cases, and follow through until resolution.

-Willing to travel to workshops, depots, dealers, and breakdown sites when needed.
